Because our work involves significant time, expertise, research, appeal preparation, compliance reviews, and strategic consulting, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Even if TikTok ultimately declines an appeal or maintains a suspension, our team has still completed the agreed work and provided the professional service purchased.
